敦珠法王親自蒞臨敦珠大伏藏師父子，特別是怙主 董瑟 聽列諾布仁波切加持的西方美國區域，尤其是尊者大恩攝受的喇嘛 次竹塔欽仁波切及喇嘛 索南慈寧二位及他們的眷屬所在之修持處「蓮花光明洲」與「智慧心要」的敦珠新寶藏佛學中心，為美國弟子們傳授兩代敦珠法王所有的三根本及護法能成熟灌頂及能解脫教授與日常課誦法本口傳。
另外又如《鐝火舌密續》中云：「處與自性眷物時，若能具備五圓滿，所欲諸事皆成就」所說般，在「蓮花光明洲」蘭若處， 敦珠法王親自主持壇城主尊金剛阿闍梨，根據處時主眷法四種粉碎密意修持吉祥普巴金剛嘿汝噶身語意智慧戰勝諸魔的大修法會。又如《甘露續》云：「主尊誓物五甘露，八根本與千分支誓物甘露合成藥」所說般，將八種根本藥與千種分支藥合成甘露法要，結合大修法會，處在有戲論的群聚會修的念誦觀修的日數、驗相皆達到標準。
Through the blessings of the great father and son Treasure-revealers, Dudjom Lingpa and Dudjom Rinpoche, and especially, due to the blessings of their lineage son, Kyabje Dungsey Thrinley Norbu Rinpoche and his two close heart disciples, Lama Tsedrup Tarchin Rinpoche and Lama Sonam Tsering Rinpoche, His Holiness Dudjom Rinpoche Sangye Pema Zheba came to the west, to the country of the United States of America. Here, at the practice sanctuary of Lama Tarchin Rinpoche and Lama Sonam Rinpoche, Pema Osal Ling, His Holiness bestowed all of the ripening empowerments for the profound Treasures of Jigdral Yeshe Dorje along with the reading transmission for all of the daily Three Roots practices and protectors upon the students of these masters and upon many others from Dudjom Tersar sanghas such as Yeshe Nyinpo and so forth.
In addition, as it says in the Fiery Tongue of Kilaya tantra, “When the five excellent circumstances of sacred place, myself, retinue, substances, and time perfectly converge, one will accomplish whatever is desired.” Accordingly, at this isolated sanctuary of Pema Osal Ling, His Holiness Dudjom Rinpoche, seeing that place, time, teacher, retinue, and teaching were perfectly glorious, presided as Vajra Master, principal of all mandalas and Buddha families, over a great accomplishment Drupchen ceremony in order to bring forth the siddhis of the wisdom vajra body, speech, and mind of the great heruka and to triumph over all maras. The Amrita tantra says, “Sacred substances, the five amritas, and the eight root and one-thousand branch ingredients make the blessed medicine that is the quintessence of sacred substances.” And just as taught, the drupchen included the making of amrita, mendrup, from these eight root and one-thousand branch ingredients. It was done in an elaborate manner following the requisite number of days of approach and accomplishment for such a great accomplishment group practice.
