Khenpo Sonam Topgyal Rinpoche who lives in Canada invited His Holiness Dudjom Rinpoche to Toronto where he arrived at the Riwoche Palace of Lotus Light Dharma Center to perform consecrations and give advice on the proper path. His Holiness also blessed the construction of a new stupa and retreat center, performing the necessary earth rituals.
